Handmade figural lace tablecloth with griffins, Italian circa late 1800s
Lovely handmade figural lace and linen tablecloth, Italian, circa late 1800s or very early 1900s. This lace tablecloth measures 35 by 36 inches, the corners have griffins in handmade filet lace, along the sides are small birds, also in filet lace, interspersed with the lace are linen panels with Italian whitework and needle lace, around the edges is handmade bobbin lace, all the stitching and lacework is hand done. This tablecloth is in very good condition, I have washed and pressed it.

Rare oval linen and handmade Cantu lace tablecloth provenance circa 1800s
Rare and gorgeous fine linen and handmade Cantu lace oval tablecloth circa 1800s with provenance. This tablecloth measures 31 by 40 inches, the linen is fine handkerchief weight with needle and filet lace inserts, cutwork and hand embroidery, the design elements are floral with very attractive ribbons of cutwork lace weaving around the inserts, beautiful handwork! The piece is edged with high quality handmade Cantu bobbin lace, very striking! This tablecloth is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it. The oval shape is rather rare in antique linens, this one is wonderful!There is some provenance as told to me by the family with this piece that I will send along with it.

Pretty handmade Nanduti lace tablecloth circa early 1920s. This white tablecloth measures 18 inches square, the drawnwork pattern and needle lace filling stitches are really quite lovely! There are 3 small hand darns in the center, the piece is otherwise in very good condition, I have washed and pressed it.

Hand embroidered lace tablecloth circa early 1900s. This ivory lace tablecloth measures 18 by 32 inches, the large organic designs are hand embroidered onto the lace mesh, lovely work! There are about 12 little holes in the mesh, many are in the embroidered area so won't show if stitched back together, the tablecloth is otherwise good, I have washed and pressed it.

Handmade Princess lace tablecloth circa 1920. This lace cream lace tablecloth measures 22 by 24 inches, the lace is made using machine made mesh, the lace designs are then hand stitched to the mesh, the fabric center is hand stitched to the lace. The design elements are floral with lovely trailing vines and flowers. There are 4 tiny holes in the mesh, 1 small faint stain and 2 areas next to the fabric that need re-stitching to the mesh, the tablecloth is otherwise in good strong condition, I have washed and pressed it.

Rare oval figural Appenzel lace tablecloth provenance c1800s
Rare oval handmade figural Appenzel type lace tablecloth with fine embroidery with provenance circa 1800s. This QUALITY oval lace tablecloth measures 32 by 44 inches the entire piece was made from one piece of fine linen the designs were then made by drawing out threads and wrapping the remainder by hand to make the designs, these designs were then embellished with fine hand embroidery and needle lace , absolutely stunning handwork! The design elements are classical Greek figures with urns of flowers, scrolling acanthus leaves and flowering trees! This tablecloth is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it. Antique oval tablecloths are rather rare and difficult to find, this is a fabulous one! There is some provenance as told to me by the family with this piece that I will send along with it.

Substantial handmade linen and figural needle lace tablecloth with mono
Substantial handmade linen and figural needle lace tablecloth with monogram circa late 1800s. This yellow tablecloth measures 41 by 43 inches, the hems are all hand stitched with drawnwork, there is a finely hand embroidered monogram in one corner that reads PL or LP, there is a fantastic 5.5 inch wide needle lace insert with mythical beasts around the edge, fine quality handwork! This tablecloth is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it. The linen is very high end, thick with a pebbled surface and a fluid drape.
